What do we do?

History of Gemba

That the place where the principal office address of the association was established at Unit 812 Philippine Axalife Centre(formerly PSbank Tower) Sen. Gil Puyat, corTindalo St., Makati City.

The purpose of the association’s journey is based on values and beliefs inspired to make a difference to its members and their families.  To encourage the habit of thrift and savings among its members.

In year 2000 the association applied and was approved by the Insurance Commission its license to operate. A Onetime membership Fee of P100.00.  A monthly contribution of P50.00 for a Basic Insurance Plan as death assistance to his/her designated beneficiaries of P35,000.00. A member has an optional contributions of P200.00per month that earns interest annually.

The Association filed and was approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) amended Articles of Incorporation, adopted on June 30, 2014 by majority vote of the Board of Trustees and by the vote of at least two-thirds of the members of the association, and certified under oath by the Corporate Secretary and a majority of the said board was approved by the Commission on this date pursuant to the provisions of Section 16 of the Corporation Code of the Philippines. That no part of the income which the association may obtain as an incident to its operation shall be distributed as dividends to its members, trustees or officers subject to the provisions of the Corporation Code on dissolution and no part of the net income shall inure to the benefit of any private individual or its member.

That in year 2018 the Association applied and was approved by the Insurance Commission amended Basic Insurance Plan Insurance which provide the following:

For the Life Insurance/Natural Death of P100,000.00 plus Burial Assistance of P10,000.00

Accidental death P200,000.00 plus Burial Assistance of P10,000.00

Dismemberment P150,000
